If you’re looking to inspire, motivate or simply educate, Will is your guy!

William Davies is a 22-year-old entrepreneur who, from a very young age, has always had a passion for business and felt a natural gravitation toward leadership and public speaking.

From an early age, Will was diagnosed with Tourette’s Syndrome, which he struggled with significantly as a young boy. As he entered his teens, he developed an interest in psychology during his GCSEs, where he began to explore the brain, behavior, and development. He formulated several theories on how nearly every emotional situation can be controlled by truly understanding oneself and how the brain works. Through this self-awareness, he spent time managing his Tourette’s and eventually gained near-complete control over his symptoms. Despite his determination to take control of his life, he found himself struggling in school and gravitated towards a rebellious lifestyle, which led him into frequent trouble. After realizing the trajectory of his life, he decided that something had to change.

It wasn’t until later in his teenage years that William began to focus and excel in his studies. He pursued a course in Travel & Tourism at college, where he aced every exam and assignment. It was during a business unit that he discovered his true passion for the business world. He started working in his father’s business, learning the ins and outs of how it was run and managed. He soon realized he wanted his own slice of the self-employed life. He attempted various ventures, including starting a clothing brand and trying dropshipping, both of which were unsuccessful. He then launched a marketing agency, which showed promise—earning him an interview with the college and a feature in their business magazine. However, the agency eventually folded, as many businesses were hesitant to trust a teenager with their marketing. Feeling deflated and wishing for a business where success didn’t rely on external factors, William discovered trading—a field that required only himself, his discipline, and hard work. After numerous failed attempts, lost accounts, and wasted money on courses, prop firms, and signals, he finally developed a strategy that worked for him—a business model that rewards patience, discipline, and psychological strength.

Throughout his journey, William remained passionate about psychology. He began observing his grandmothers, both of whom suffered from dementia. The more he learned about the brain’s complexity, the more he realized how little we truly understand. However, this knowledge deepened his appreciation for psychology and its profound impact on everyday life, business, and most importantly, his career in trading.

Fast forward a few years, William is now a profitable trader, striving to help and encourage other entrepreneurs to achieve their goals—whether in trading, business, or personal growth. He realized that in order to do this, he needed to become a public speaker, sharing his insights at various events, from trading seminars to motivational talks.

Will doesn’t plan to stop there. He has ambitions to write books and make a significant impact on social media, motivating and educating others to follow their own paths, whatever they may be.

Finally, William has used his earnings from trading to invest in several start-ups, which he believes will further enhance his growth and success.
